- June 4 – Household Pantry of Calvin: donated household items distributed to those in need in our community.
- June 11 – SERVE of Calvin: hosting youth mission teams to do service projects in our community for one week in July. Your donations will help with this mission. Thank you!
Unspecified offering donations will be placed in the General Fund.
The church office will be closed tomorrow, Monday, May 29th for Memorial Day. Also, summer hours will begin this week (9AM-2PM)
Next Sunday’s Scripture will be Exodus chapters 2,3,14 (select verses).

Activity Tote Bags are available for kids during worship today and are located in the narthex. Feel free to grab one as you head into worship. Before you leave, please return totes with books/toys.

There are many excellent books to borrow in our Church Library which you may like to take home and enjoy. These books can be found in the Fireside Room. Questions? See Lois Veenstra.
Our sanctuary is equipped with an Induction Loop Assistive Listening System. To utilize, switch your hearing aid, cochlear implant or tactile device to “T” (Telephone) or you may need to contact your provider for assistance.
Another way to give at Calvin is through VENMO. Go to our website, calvin-crc.org, click on the GIVE tab and follow the steps. Or go to your Venmo app, search for the Profile Name, Calvin-Muskegon (make sure it is the correct Calvin by looking for the tree) and follow the steps.
Opportunities to Serve
We are looking for volunteers to help “clean up the brush pile” from the woods behind the church. We’ll begin at 9:00 AM this Saturday, June 3rd. Sign-up sheet available in the narthex. Please come, give us a hand! See Marc Lakatos if you have questions.
Baby Bottle Blessing ends today! By simply filling a bottle with change, bills, or checks you are helping to change lives and save lives. Please make sure to return your filled baby bottles TODAY! Your support allows Muskegon Pregnancy Services to provide FREE services to our community. “Your change…will help bring change!”
Calvin Church is hosting Family Promise the week of June 11th. Please check your calendar to see if you can help provide a meal during this week. Sign-up sheets are available in the narthex. This is your opportunity to share the love of Christ with homeless families in our community.
The Children’s Message sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board by the drinking fountain. Is there a story you’d like to share with our young ones? Children’s Messages are a part of worship on Family Worship Sundays, which means No Children in Worship (Communion Sundays… Holidays… Summertime). Please consider signing up today!
