Earlier this year, the congregation and council approved to expand the Narthex and remodel the Sanctuary when the funds pledged or raised reached 1.3 million. We are thankful to our Lord that we have met our goal of $1.3 million! Our next steps will be to meet with the builder & architect regarding finalizing of the plans and an estimated timeline for the project. The goal of the fundraising committee is $1.5 million. All pledges/contributions of any amount honor God when we give as an act of worship and gratitude to God. If you still wish to contribute but have misplaced the pledge/donation form that was in your mailbox, please reach out to Vickie or Kathy Jansen and we will provide you with another. If any money received for this project exceeds the construction/remodel cost, we will replenish the Community Foundation account.
Please take a moment to fill out a Connection Card if you… are new to Calvin; would like more info on a ministry; have a prayer request; or change in contact info. Connection Cards are located in your pew, at the Info Center (by the kitchen), or click the QR code →. Place printed cards in the offering plate. Thank you!
Activity Tote Bags are available for kids during worship today and are located in the narthex. Feel free to grab one as you head into worship. Before you leave, please return totes with books/toys.
Kids’ Outdoor Worship takes place next Sunday, during worship. Kids, join us on the back lawn for a hands-on ☼ fun ☼ outdoor activity!
